After 3 attempts to get a bid from this company I have had it with them. I scheduled back to back job walks with Home Depot, Sears and American Home Improvement, and only Home Depot and Sears actually showed up. When I called to complain, the AHI rep offered a 10% discount if I would reconsider having them come another day. I foolishly took the bait, rescheduled for today and stood up yet again. When I called to complain a second time, they yet again offered the "10% discount" spiel which I turned down. These people can't follow through on scheduling a simple job walk to quote the job, I would never EVER consider actually entering in to a contract after they wasted my time twice.
