After 3 attempts to get a bid from this company I have had it with them. I scheduled back to back job walks with Home Depot, Sears and American Home Improvement, and only Home Depot and Sears actually showed up. When I called to complain, the AHI rep offered a 10% discount if I would reconsider having them come another day. I foolishly took the bait, rescheduled for today and stood up yet again.
