I started out seeing them for hair removal in 2005 they sold me a package for Photo Facial and i left with 50 2nd degree burns all over my face and neck and chest. i am 1/2 hispanic and my skin was too dark for treatments but they told me i was a perfect candidete. Nor did the hair removal services work. At this point 2008, i have called numerous times to the Wauwatosa office and the Corporate office . i have not recieved one returned call from either of them. I even tried to file complaints through the BBB and still no response. I got smart and certified a letter to the CEO Gary Graves and to the Medical Director Dr Turok at their Michigan corportate office.. Well it took 4 weeks but i finally got a call from a manager in the customer service office. i guess we will see where this goes...
