Was with them for years, then all of a sudden I'm missing pages all the time. Even got to the point where I bought a new pager thinking it was broken. Turns out they reduced the output of the transmitter in my area without telling me. I paid for service for half a year I was not getting plus i bought a new pager I did not need. I was told I would need to find a different provider if I wanted reliable service. They agreed to buy the new pager back so I sent it back to them. I told them I have no bank accounts and have no way to cash a check unless it's on a local bank. There's was not so I told them to just make the check out to my daughter who does have a bank account. They refused to help me out with that small request and refuse to send the pager back to me. They ended up cheating me out of months of service and stealing my pager. A letter to the CEO and a complain to the BBB in Dallas Texas got no results, they never even replied. Don't do business with these people.
