Was with them for years, then all of a sudden I'm missing pages all the time. Even got to the point where I bought a new pager thinking it was broken. Turns out they reduced the output of the transmitter in my area without telling me. I paid for service for half a year I was not getting plus i bought a new pager I did not need. I was told I would need to find a different provider if I wanted reliable service. They agreed to buy the new pager back so I sent it back to them.
