The first time I did business through American PC, everything went well, and I was very pleased. Late on, I was planning on building some computers for friends, so I ordered the parts again through these guys. The order was easily filled out, and the parts arrived on time. I discovered that one of the video cards and one of the hard drives were dead. Since I needed to have these parts working ASAP, my friend decided to get the video card and hard drive at a retail store. I called American PC to return the defective parts. There wasn't any hassle, the customer service person was very polite, and there was not a 15% restocking fee. I still had to pay the return shipping, but I was ok with that. The refund that was given back was the exact price for the items that I had paid for. The refund was also received very quickly. I am very pleased with American PC and will do buisiness with them again.
