The first time I did business through American PC, everything went well, and I was very pleased. Late on, I was planning on building some computers for friends, so I ordered the parts again through these guys. The order was easily filled out, and the parts arrived on time. I discovered that one of the video cards and one of the hard drives were dead. Since I needed to have these parts working ASAP, my friend decided to get the video card and hard drive at a retail store. I called American PC to return the defective parts.
