I started purhasing some jewlery from American Value Channel from some of there auctions. This included the mounts and the stones. One of my purchases was sent to someone in another state, from where I live, singed my name and never of course returned the ring. American Value Channel was not able to replace the item and it took months to get my money back. Some other pieces that I have ordered are held up because the mounts are stuck in customs and when the mount came in, it was sent to me not mounted until I authorized it. I then had to send it back, pay more postage, (even though I had already been charged for mounting). It has now been 3 months since the original order and every time I call, the ring is either in mounting, shipping or they are so behind!!! If I hadn"t been charged already I would of cancelled a long time ago. This is the only few purchases that I have made and it is diffently my last. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
