I started purhasing some jewlery from American Value Channel from some of there auctions. This included the mounts and the stones. One of my purchases was sent to someone in another state, from where I live, singed my name and never of course returned the ring. American Value Channel was not able to replace the item and it took months to get my money back. Some other pieces that I have ordered are held up because the mounts are stuck in customs and when the mount came in, it was sent to me not mounted until I authorized it.
