They are incompetent. No one at this company has any clue what is going on with either pickup or delivery for their customers. The drivers are rude and unconcerned for people's hard earned belongings. I'm left speechless at the manner in which they packed my televisions and they took my items. My two flat screens where wrapped in cardboard and tape, no padding! Total disregard for customer service.

There is little to no communication with the customer as to the status of delivery. I had to call multiple times to just get an estimated date of delivery after which that date kept changing. In total we waited a month for our delivery! It was one excuse after another all stemming from their drivers inability to tell the truth as to their exact location. Management just seems to cover up the fact that they have no control over what these drivers are actually doing. When asked for the numbers to communicate with drivers more excuses are given. Turns out they are subcontracted and they company just ships the items when it's convenient.

This is poor quality, poor service, and overall this company should not be business.
