They are incompetent. No one at this company has any clue what is going on with either pickup or delivery for their customers. The drivers are rude and unconcerned for people's hard earned belongings. I'm left speechless at the manner in which they packed my televisions and they took my items. My two flat screens where wrapped in cardboard and tape, no padding! Total disregard for customer service. There is little to no communication with the customer as to the status of delivery.
