Dear Mr Sean Bentel. I.m filing this complaint because on June 11 i was to leave Philadelphia Airport in route to Ontario CA. But when i got there they had canceled my flight, And rerouted me on another flight and here where the problem comes in. My flight was suppose to take me from Philadelphia to Dallas /FortWorth where i was to meet my Daugther who lives in Dallas on my layover, But since your company rerouted my flight i could.nt see my Daughter who i having seen in over ten years .Instead they put me on a flight that had me laidover in Chicgo and made me meet seeing my Daughter and her and I are very upset about the way i was treated . I think your company should let it custmers know when there are changes in your Itinerary thats only fair instead of just dropping bad news on your custmers when they arrive at the airport .
