Dear Mr Sean Bentel. I.m filing this complaint because on June 11 i was to leave Philadelphia Airport in route to Ontario CA. But when i got there they had canceled my flight, And rerouted me on another flight and here where the problem comes in. My flight was suppose to take me from Philadelphia to Dallas /FortWorth where i was to meet my Daugther who lives in Dallas on my layover, But since your company rerouted my flight i could.nt see my Daughter who i having seen in over ten years .Instead they put me on a flight that had me laidover in... read full review »
