Location: Cleveland, OH Complaint: After continuing to delay delivery of my new home for various reasons for over 6 months and failing to return any of my numerous messages over a period of one month aimed at getting a delivery date, I was finally given the option to withdraw from my purchasing agreement while being refunded my initial deposit payment. After they delayed signing the required paperwork for a further 3 weeks, I was finally promised a check within 2 weeks of the signing date. That date was in early April and till this day I have not received my deposit check. I have called the company at their regional and corporate office over 20 times leaving messages for the person in charge, and I have also emailed the person and spoken with their secretary concerning the matter more than once. Till this day I have not received a single response from anyone in the company.
