Location: Cleveland, OH Complaint: After continuing to delay delivery of my new home for various reasons for over 6 months and failing to return any of my numerous messages over a period of one month aimed at getting a delivery date, I was finally given the option to withdraw from my purchasing agreement while being refunded my initial deposit payment.
