We purchased an ameriwood futon from walmart. The futon's structure is made of metal grid. Within the middle of June, the welding in the grids started giving up. I called up the customer service for a replacement part which they agreed to send. But I never received any replacement part even after a months time. After repeated calls to the customer service they said there is shipping delay in sending the part since it is an exported item. At last by the end of July, the item was shipped to us. By the time the replacement part arrived the other base broke. I filed a complaint and after repeated emails by the end of November I received them.

But now once again the base and the part that supports the back are broken. I am totally unhappy with the product. From the time we bought it we have been having problems with it so I would like to get my money refunded this time. This is defective product which has to be removed for the market.

Please help me on how to get my money refunded for this defective product.
