We purchased an ameriwood futon from walmart. The futon's structure is made of metal grid. Within the middle of June, the welding in the grids started giving up. I called up the customer service for a replacement part which they agreed to send. But I never received any replacement part even after a months time. After repeated calls to the customer service they said there is shipping delay in sending the part since it is an exported item. At last by the end of July, the item was shipped to us.
