This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have been fighting with their tax dept for 8 months - trying to straighten out the mess that Citi Lending left behind. They have managed to put my escrow $$ so far in the negative and re-adjusted so many of their errors, that I don't know how to explain the problem any further to anyone. I am not waiting around until next year to see how much higher my monthly mortgage payment is going to be. I would love nothing more than to put a lawsuit on their ass...but I cant afford that either. I am leaving this company - refinancing the whole shi-bang. And if I ever know of anyone that thinks about dealing with this company - I will do everything in my power to tell them to run the other way - go elsewhere!! Because, AHMSI, you & your tax department suck!!
