This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have been fighting with their tax dept for 8 months - trying to straighten out the mess that Citi Lending left behind. They have managed to put my escrow $$ so far in the negative and re-adjusted so many of their errors, that I don't know how to explain the problem any further to anyone.
