Order memory one week, one day from today and the merchandise still has not shipped. Paid $18 for ship and handeling. I've tried calling there 1-800-215-7386 number but they will not answer the phone. I sent emails to the following people:

Owner / President
Operations Manager
General Manager
Ink Cartridges / TonerDepartment
Sales / Marketing Manager

They will not return emails. I figure they took my money and ran. I am so pissed about this company and plan to take it further up the chain. Do not buy from these people. If they won't answer emails or answer the phone there is something wrong with this company. I hope you don't get ripped off like me. Stay away from this company.
