Order memory one week, one day from today and the merchandise still has not shipped. Paid $18 for ship and handeling. I've tried calling there 1-800-215-7386 number but they will not answer the phone. I sent emails to the following people: Owner / President Operations Manager General Manager Ink Cartridges / TonerDepartment Sales / Marketing Manager They will not return emails.
