They've been taking the same amount I've seen in other complaints -- $30.90 -- from my account. When I called AOL, I got a woman in Eastern Europe (I asked), who then proceeded to ASK ME FOR MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION. They won't provide any local number for a complaint call, they don't give any real info at all, just try and mine more info from you. What's AOL doing about this? Is this AOL. or some scammer doing this? Why won't AOL answer inquiries?
