They've been taking the same amount I've seen in other complaints -- $30.90 -- from my account. When I called AOL, I got a woman in Eastern Europe (I asked), who then proceeded to ASK ME FOR MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION. They won't provide any local number for a complaint call, they don't give any real info at all, just try and mine more info from you. What's AOL doing about this?
