Dear Sir,

I have one land line connection of bsnl. They are not giving proper service to me. I gave complaint to that department two three times. But no response from that side. That why I paid dues amount of my phone bills up to last working days of my phone connection. After that my phone is not working. I gave a letter to department please close my land connection and refund my deposit amount but till date I did not get my money. My letter submitted to Badangpet BSNL officer, that letter was forwarded to Tolichowki BSNL office on 10.09.2009. But till date no response from that side. My land line No. is 08415-233609.
