Dear Sir, I have one land line connection of bsnl. They are not giving proper service to me. I gave complaint to that department two three times. But no response from that side. That why I paid dues amount of my phone bills up to last working days of my phone connection. After that my phone is not working. I gave a letter to department please close my land connection and refund my deposit amount but till date I did not get my money.
