4 Months and till no payment
I have to concur with all of the other respondents. I did 5 BPO's in 2 days for them in August 2011. I emailed and asked what the payment schedule was upon completion. I was told between 5-10 days. I received 2 automated emails stating that payment would be sent out in 2 days but for incorrect amounts. When I inquired about that I was told that I would receive payment by the next Friday. Friday came and went and then I was told the payment schedule was changed to 30-45 days. I have emailed several times with no response and all calls go straight to voice mail.
I hope the lenders are reading all of the comments here!

No pay, No stay!
I have past due payment issues with AppraiserLoft also. Can't believe that an AMC that puts appraisers through so much and so many deadlines and guidelines does this in return. I will not do any more work for them. I guess what really gets to me is that they get their money upfront. I sure hopethe lenders will stop using them.

WORSE AMC I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.
Like most other appraiser I have done work for AppraiserLoft when I have been slow knowing that I will get paid with-in 60 days. Never again!! I am owed for 2 appraisals done over 120 days ago. I have been sending e-mails as well as leaving message for the last 2 months with no results. The few times I have been able to get a live person from AppraiserLoft thay are always friendly and apologetic promissing payment however I'm on day 122 and still no payment. Shame on me for ever working for an AMC that takes over 45 days to pay, never again.
TAKE THIS AS A WARRING FROM AN APPRAISER IN SOUTH FLORIDA APPRAISERLOFT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

Do Not Pay on Time
Like everyone else I have tried to get payment for my appraisals but have been getting the go-around.
Yet they want you to jump through a hoop when you do a job for them. Sorry I ever met them. Avoid this company like the plague they are.

Four years and still the same, AppraiserLoft has not changed.
I have invested more time (time is money) in collecting my fees from this company than I am due for my appraisals. This is exacerbated by the low fees they pay to appraisers. I have been waiting over 90 days for payment on some files. All I recieve from Appraiserloft is empty promises, day after day. My advise is, that if you are an appraiser, don't take an order from them. If you are a lender, don't order an appraisal from them. Starve this blood sucking company.

Appraiserloft.com is a SCAM company
Appraisalport.com is a SCAM
Appraisalport.com is a scam, DONOT USE THEM. The make promises that they have no intension of keeping. They constantly pay late, avoid paying at all until you harass them and then they lie about haveing sent payment out. I was an appraiser for them but I had to stop due to constant late payments from Appraisalport.com. As a business owner, I don't have the luxury of waiting 3-6 months for payment. After reading the many complaints about this company I see I am not alone.

Horrible company, unprofessional service!
This company is totally unprofessional and there service is horrible. We put tons of appraisals thru them at first to find out that it was going to do nothing but add problems for us. The owner of the company cussed at me and hangs up when you need something done. His name is Aman and if you talk to him he will tell you he is not the owner because he has a lot of complaints and he cant handle them all. Hapreet is another girl that works there and claims she is the manager but she will yell at you and tell you that you are wrong. They are rude to the clients as well. They say send me a value check and then they go ahead and send someone out to do the appraisal with out confirming with us or the borrower and then send an invoice with the value way lower than what they told you... Appraiserloft.com is the worst appraisal company to work with... They are in it for the money and they will scam you.
