I have past due payment issues with AppraiserLoft also. Can't believe that an AMC that puts appraisers through so much and so many deadlines and guidelines does this in return. I will not do any more work for them. I guess what really gets to me is that they get their money upfront. I sure hopethe lenders will stop using them. read full review »
