Ordered item for a wedding, when the item didn't show the company was contacted several times trying to find out the ETA to make sure it would be there on time. Finally, got a hold of a person who stated the item was late and gave a fake estimated delivery time frame. Item never showed, so I had to order the same item from another company. Contacted the company again, and after several attempts was told that a refund was issued to my card and I would see it in about 2 weeks. Refund never came, not surprised. Tried from then on to contact them, but never had any luck. Now the wedding has come and gone and I figured my money is too. Now I see a posting that they are out of business, and that no one's card was charged. Well, mine was. No item, no refund, and todate never any contact. I guess my money helped pay for their losses.
