Ordered item for a wedding, when the item didn't show the company was contacted several times trying to find out the ETA to make sure it would be there on time. Finally, got a hold of a person who stated the item was late and gave a fake estimated delivery time frame. Item never showed, so I had to order the same item from another company. Contacted the company again, and after several attempts was told that a refund was issued to my card and I would see it in about 2 weeks. Refund never came, not surprised.
