Defective Products!!!
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT order from this website. The lady's name is Corinda Parks and her products are DEFECTIVE! I like the body magic and it does work (smooths out your shape). I received one ordered from this site...it was MISSING A HOOK! This caused a very noticable bulge under my clothes...so I have to wear it on the middle row of hooks. This made it alot more uncomforable than it had to be. I am planning to still use the garment being that I am stuck with it, but I will wear it once I can comfortably fit into it on the middle row of hooks. Oh and she was in contact prior to the garment arriving - we called her immediately upon discovering the garment was missing a hook (hadn't even tried to put it on yet)...she wouldn't return any of our calls. We did not state the nature of the calls in the messages, so she did not know why we were calling. This lead me to believe that she is aware that her products are defective.

some what unsatisfied
i had purchased the body magic and the le vive juice from a woman named vonnie who came to my beauty school i am already a size 5 and i used to be a size 13 but this was before this product i would like to have been a size 1 or 0 vonnie had told me as soon as i get my body magic i would be able to wear a 1 or a 0 while wearing it as soon as i put it on i had waited 2 weeks for this product and she kept on telling me every day it will be in tomorrow finally it arives it took two people to put it on me which i was told was going to happen and i was ok with what i was not ok with was they had me up against the wall and on the floor in all these crazy positions to get it on i had it on and i looked in the mirror it made my waist smaller from the frontal veiw but from the side i had a small semi bloated tummy in which my stmach is concave with out the garmet and it pinched a little underneath my breast and into my rib cage and made me feel like i had ate a very large meal i had just told her thank you i love it and going to the bathroom the first day was a large chore because of the snaps at the bottom its becoming some what easy as the days go on though and a little less painful to wear and i can see that my body is starting to take the shape of the garmet and its only been 3 days but as far as the size shrinking no way now my size fives are a little baggier in the waist but not much but they fit my buttocks tight because the garmet lifts it now the juice is very ood it makes me have healthy bowl movements and increases my sex drive which is a good thing because the birth control i am on was slowing it down before the juice but now i am addicted to the juice and its 40 dollars a bottle by the way and one bottle only lasts a month i had purchased another bottle before the other was even finished and i dont have a job and ihave to rely on tips from my clients at beauty school in which i dont make any unless i do a friend or family member and the body magic was 140 dollars and i had enough and a little more than enough money saved for a trip i am going on and now i need 100 mor dollars

Paid for Product, Have not received
I went to a beauty shop and while there a rep of Ardyss had me try on a Body Magic. Of course I loved the results so I purchased it.
After wearing it for 1 week, 2 hooks fell off and I moved thru all 3 rows of hook and it is now too big. I spoke to the rep and she admitted she gave me the wrong size!! and that is why it is too big now. She claims she submitted an order to Ardyss. It has been over a month and I still have not rec'd my new garment. All she says is it has been ordered and It should be here before the NEW YEAR!!! She will not reimburse my funds. either.

Attention to the handful of complaintes compared to the undocumented hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers. It is unfortunate that you have not had a good experience. It appears the experience is directly related to the distributor you choose to do business with and not Ardyss. Ardyss is an exceptional company that takes a high standard of pride in their product and satisfaction. Contact Ardyss directly to have your complaint resolved concerning your distributor. And remember, there are imitators out there posing as Ardyss products and they are fake.

Questionable product claims
I purchased an Ardyss Body Magict wo weeks ago. It is the short one, not the one with the crotch fasteners. I have a love/hate relationship with it. The garment rides up and bunches at my stomach when I sit down. It is H**L to fasten, and I have worn it 6 days/week for two weeks. It is the "right" size but still digs into my ribs. Some of the hooks are bending and pulling out already. I would not consider this a quality garment. It's a great idea, but needs some work.

By the way, I have a friend who has the full body magic about a year ago. She said it still takes her forever with all the hooks and eyes at the bottom. When I have to "go" I have to go! I'd hate to be fooling with the hooks and eyes. This garment was obviously designed by men who understand engineering but don't have a clue about women!

By the way, I only need to lose five pounds. If you are already close to your goal, you do NOT "drop three sizes." That is false advertising. The garment pulls in my waist and helps me stand straighter. I can wear pants that are one size smaller but NOT two or three sizes smaller. Also, it is totally pososible to slouch in the Body Magic.

never received the product
Monika Long out of Norfolk, VA is a scam! I paid for a body magic system and never received it. She dodges my phone calls. She even went through the trouble of calling to tell me that my suit was in and that she was going to give a discount and then I never heard from her again. Now I have to try to find her address to take her to court to get my money back. And she has the nerve to say "have a blessed day" on her voice mail as if this dishonest, unprofessional person even knows who God is!

undelivered product
I ORDER A BODY MAGIC FROM THEM AND THEY CHARGE MY DEBIT CARD 160.00 DOLLARDS ON 7/01/09 .ITS BEEN A MONTH AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PRODUCT. THEY NEVER ANSWER A PHONE CALL OR E MAIL!

Undilivered Products
I am fairly a new ardyss distributer and already am having bad experiences with this company. I have several orders placed that have not been delivered. I had to eventually refund 70% of my customers their money back after they waited over a month for the item., some two months. The problem is once the order is printed you cannot cancel or make any changes to it. The only thing you can do is change the mailing address for the products. So since the customers canceled the orders and I had to refund them their money back, I had to call the company and change the shipping address to me in case when the product ships that way it does not go to the customer and they end up with a free product and I lose out. So now I am out of hundreds of dollars and still awaiting the products which are still on print status and has not yet even shipped. I have even orderd two shapers for myself which I have not even gotten. Everytime I speak to a representative, they never know when the items will be shipped. Sometimes they give me a date when it will ship put and no avail, nothing. I am going to cancel my website and not deal with this company anymore.
I agree that the product is great, but something needs to be done about these undelivered products and you can't even get a refund. If you don't want to deal with the headache, don't deal with ardyss.

DECEPTION & UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
The operators of this business, Michelle Hardin and her husband Randy, came to my home on 12/17/2008 and I purchased from them 2 bottles of the vitamin juice they were selling and the body shaper garment. I paid $240.00 by debit card, payable to Ardyss. I purchased these things with the understanding that by doing so, I would receive a 'free' gift of three bras in a special that Ardyss was allegedly running at that time. Ms. Hardin never delivered the 3 bras that were part of my order. She always had an excuse for not doing so and claims that they were not available at the warehouse or that they had to be delivered from Las Vegas. Whatever. Bottom line is I never received my bras, and now she refuses to communicate or refund any portion of my money. I NEVER would have spent 240.00 for 2 bottles of juice and a body shaper girdle. NEVER! This woman is an unprofessional scammer and gives honest Ardyss reps a bad name. And, she STILL keeps me on her email list---sending me emails trying to recruit me in her downline! AMAZING!
