I rent an apartment at this complex which is mostly a Cooperative and also rents to 15 section 8 tenants. From day one I have had nothing but frustration and stress dealing with this placel.
I had to deal with excessive noise, trash, broken appliances, rodents, crime and harassment and incompetent management.
My heating system was broken twice and totally in efficient in the first apartment. I was also constantly harassed by a guy and then assaulted on the property. The management felt this was not important and took it very lightly. I had to transfer to another apartment due to the assault. The landlords are/were totally rude, unresponsive and insensitive to maintenance problems. The housing inspector failed the unit three times. The so called leasing person screwed up my lease and also spoke about my personal business in the fron office where everyone could hear.
In my new apartment, the oven has been broken three months. My requests are ignored. I have called code enforcement etc. I am told that the part is being ordered etc. TBC
