I rent an apartment at this complex which is mostly a Cooperative and also rents to 15 section 8 tenants. From day one I have had nothing but frustration and stress dealing with this placel. I had to deal with excessive noise, trash, broken appliances, rodents, crime and harassment and incompetent management. My heating system was broken twice and totally in efficient in the first apartment. I was also constantly harassed by a guy and then assaulted on the property.
