I asked Arrow Roofing to send some to inspect my roof. I found shingles on the ground. She send a Mexican that barely speaks English. He went up and put 13 shingles and when I asked did you check the roof, he said I fix. They charged me $325.00. This was after the Sept 08 Ike storm. In Feb 09 the second storm came. I found more shingles in my yard. I called another roofer. They came and inspected my roof. He said I needed a new roof. I was furious because Arrow Roofing charged me $325.00 to fix my roof and I ended up with a leak anyway. I called Arrow and told them I needed a new roof after all and they should have inspected it like I wanted. Instead of a quick fix that did nothing but give me a leak. The girl in the office hung up on me. When I tried to call back she had the answering machine answer the phones. Poor customer service. they did not do what I wanted and they took my money for doing a poor quality work. this is a very bad company. Arrow Roofing is a horrible company.
