I asked Arrow Roofing to send some to inspect my roof. I found shingles on the ground. She send a Mexican that barely speaks English. He went up and put 13 shingles and when I asked did you check the roof, he said I fix. They charged me $325.00. This was after the Sept 08 Ike storm. In Feb 09 the second storm came. I found more shingles in my yard. I called another roofer. They came and inspected my roof. He said I needed a new roof.
