While paying my mortgage on 6/20/09, I saw a message that said "our records indicate your loan has outstanding charges in the amount of $95.00 from a previous delinquency. Call (customer service etc.) to make payment arrangements." HUH????? I've never, EVER been late paying my mortgages, and yes, I have an 80 & a 20. I called ASC & was told this was the fee for asking for a loan modification. I did so last April, on the advice of a loan officer (at a REPUTABLE company) who has been working on helping me refinance my two mortgages. They refused to consider modification of the loan. AND they charged me a fee.

ASC is a useless pile of horse shit.
