While paying my mortgage on 6/20/09, I saw a message that said "our records indicate your loan has outstanding charges in the amount of $95.00 from a previous delinquency. Call (customer service etc.) to make payment arrangements." HUH????? I've never, EVER been late paying my mortgages, and yes, I have an 80 & a 20. I called ASC & was told this was the fee for asking for a loan modification.
