The customer service representatives at Asknow.com are rude and unprofessional; I had a reading with a psychic who was just lecturing me, and kept interrupting me when I wanted to ask a question. I had asked very specific questions. I ended the call after 5 minutes, and contacted customer service to let them know that I was unhappy with this particular psychic, and to see if I could get some minutes put back in my account. The first customer service rep put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then disconnected the call. I called back, and got another customer service representative who was rude and condescending. She informed me that they only "comped" minutes for first time callers, and that "Asknow.com" was for "entertainment purposes" only. Her tone was patronizing and condescending. I ended the call. So, beware of "Asknow.com" customer service; they all contradict each other, and can be very rude.
