The customer service representatives at Asknow.com are rude and unprofessional; I had a reading with a psychic who was just lecturing me, and kept interrupting me when I wanted to ask a question. I had asked very specific questions. I ended the call after 5 minutes, and contacted customer service to let them know that I was unhappy with this particular psychic, and to see if I could get some minutes put back in my account.
