I went to Aspen to have a tooth extracted. It was difficult because the tooth was sharp and broken off as the filling had fallen out. I realized it was not healing. I believe he the dentist ( professional) had sewn the inside of my cheek to the gum. After a week of terrible pain, I went back in with dry socket, and infection. She (another dentist) cleaned and packed it, But she would NOT listen to my complaint of how it was stitched. She wanted me back in two days. On Wed. 24th of Mar. (another day from hell, another doctor. Dr. Markovitch!!!(butcher)! I proceeded to tell him how much pain I was in and he started telling me he was the Dr. and he knew what was wrong...DRY SOCKET! He started to poke around in my mouth (tender and sore and swollen). He asked if he could work on it without novocaine and I said no. He gave me two shots of whatever that did not take!!! He then went on to dig and clean and stitch when I could feel everything. Seriously I would rather have a baby than go through that pain again. He did not care...I was crying and yelling and he said, " WE have a screamer here!!" He was cold, uncaring and rude to me! I was there three times in 9 days and no one could fix the problem because no one would listen...The stitching wouldn't hold because it's wrong. The infection won't go away because the hole won't close, and I am still in a lot of pain! I don't wish this kind of treatment on anybody. So, if you want to be treated like a human being, do NOT go to Aspen Dental!
