I wanted to create a 10 page website which was already designed. I found Ori Tzavielli the owner of Astral Web Inc. on Craigslist. He said for $500 he is going to build my website. I have sent him $500 check in which he cashed it right away. Right after he cashed the check I couldn't find him. For three days I was trying to communicate with him through email and phone but couldn't find him. Finally after calling him 10 times he answered the phone and I told him that I want to see an 800x600 and 1024x768 versions of the website. He said ok but he never delivered them. A week later he said if you want to see both you have to pay $200 extra. He is not an honest business man.
