I wanted to create a 10 page website which was already designed. I found Ori Tzavielli the owner of Astral Web Inc. on Craigslist. He said for $500 he is going to build my website. I have sent him $500 check in which he cashed it right away. Right after he cashed the check I couldn't find him. For three days I was trying to communicate with him through email and phone but couldn't find him.
