For the last four months my internet has been going out. At first it was 2 hours here two hours there, then up to 8 hours and now, it has been going out for up to 3 days at a time. I have all the outages logged. I have been on the phone nearly every single day with At & T and I am to the point that no one there knows what they are doing. I have been told to re-set my password, re-set my modem..then after doing all this they tell me they are having an outage. I try to get someone to explain to me why they have outages every single day for the last four months and no one will give me an answer. I have yet to be reimbursed for any of the outages, I pay my bill every month for service I do not receive. I have ran an on -line business for 8 years and have lost thousands of dollars the last four months. Unfortunately in my area At &t is the only internet provider to choose from but I am going to purchase an intenet card from another provider and cancel my service with these complete idiots!!!
