For the last four months my internet has been going out. At first it was 2 hours here two hours there, then up to 8 hours and now, it has been going out for up to 3 days at a time. I have all the outages logged. I have been on the phone nearly every single day with At & T and I am to the point that no one there knows what they are doing. I have been told to re-set my password, re-set my modem..then after doing all this they tell me they are having an outage.
