We were sold a bill of goods by our salesman and his district rep. They both came to our home. We were offered all kinds of rebates and checks to switch over. The total was promised at $300. I still have the paperwork where the salesman wrote the amount. I got the original $200 rebate, but I never got the check the district rep promised me. I called him and he promised he would get it taken care of. He quit returning my calls, as did the original salesman. They also promised my husband an NFL channel that was never there. They swore they were getting it taken care of and then never returned my calls at all. Now the remote for the tv broke 3 mos after install. We have called twice in one month and both times were told that a new remote is on its way- we still don't have it. I am sick of the poor service and promises that aren't kept.
