We were sold a bill of goods by our salesman and his district rep. They both came to our home. We were offered all kinds of rebates and checks to switch over. The total was promised at $300. I still have the paperwork where the salesman wrote the amount. I got the original $200 rebate, but I never got the check the district rep promised me.
