FINALLY, after 6 MONTHS, I receieved my rebate $100.00) . After untold number of calls and and hearing promises that my rebate would be receieved in3 WEEKS. So, don't give up. Keep calling AT&T, get customer service reps name and ID numbers, so that you can refer back to the same person. It is disappointing to have to go thru all this trouble, AT&T should be ashamed of the reputation that they have now.
