FINALLY, after 6 MONTHS, I receieved my rebate $100.00) . After untold number of calls and and hearing promises that my rebate would be receieved in3 WEEKS. So, don't give up. Keep calling AT&T, get customer service reps name and ID numbers, so that you can refer back to the same person. It is disappointing to have to go thru all this trouble, AT&T should be ashamed of the reputation that they have now. read full review »

I purchased FastAcess DSL from At&T. The agreement was that I pay $100.00 for the modem, and then I would receieve a rebate for $100.00. This was in Feb. 2009, the "rebate" would be mailed to me within 4-6 weeks. It is now July 31, 2009, and after many calls and new information sent to AT&T, still no rebate. Each time I am told that I will receieve my $100.00 within 3 weeks. How many more "3 weeks" will it be??? I am very disappointed in this company. read full review »
