AT&T has by far the worst customor service yet. One of their customer service representatives took my credit card information, told me he HAD to keep it on file and would only need to take out ONE dollar that day. The guy actually took out a full hundred bucks. I called the next day, spoke to 6 different customer service agents. All refusing to put me through to a supervisor. One lady even refused to give me her name. Once I finally got through to the supervisor, he did absolutely nothing for me, told me he would "look into it" and was extremely rude and sarcastic. Since I have signed up with AT&T I have experience nothing but problems, ridiculous charges that were UNAUTHORIZED and horrible customer service. When I threaten to leave their company, they let me know they'll "gladly assist" me. Don't ever go with AT&T!
