AT&T has by far the worst customor service yet. One of their customer service representatives took my credit card information, told me he HAD to keep it on file and would only need to take out ONE dollar that day. The guy actually took out a full hundred bucks. I called the next day, spoke to 6 different customer service agents. All refusing to put me through to a supervisor.
