Internet High Speed
I am sorry, but the problem was not resolved. I am still getting charged $40.00 for High Speed Internet that is not working. The connection is till slow. Poor service and way to do business with a customer that has been with you for almost 8 years. THE TICKET AND REPAIR HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED.
You sent a telephone technician to do the work of a computer.
I have tried your so call Center for self help, and even that site does not work for me.
I will be changing to another carried very soon.

Crappy Signal
Im sick of this crappy signal I get with my phone. It has cut out 4 times just today. I had no choice to get my phone switched over because it was my dads choice. We thought it would be a good idea because it was cheaper. But seriously at&t SUUCKS. Never get it. I get crappy signal everywhere I go!

Third party billing
On my February home telephone bill from AT&T, I noticed that my total bill was somewhat greater by about $32.00 from usual. Since, I do not have any service from that company that will produce a variable bill, I went to look at the bill on-line. Here, I am charged $29.90 plus taxes by a company called Enhanced Services Billing Inc.(888 298-3724). I dug deeper into the bill and found the amount has been billed on behalf of EMAIL DISCOUNTS, LLC (800 410-5781). It is some "monthly charges of $14.95" twice, plus taxes. No mention for what service, either. I called At&T at their customer service number and inquired about it. As per them, they do not know what it is, they will take it off for this month, but, will not put a block, as I asked for, for any company that want to charge me for whatsoever! I also have to contact the other company that is billing so that I am not charged again! They will not do anything about that! I told them, you are the one who is billing me and I did not ask you to send me a bill for another company. I also asked if they have any proof of something I ordered, which they were claiming I did. No, they did not and they do not care to either. So, now the hassle is mine.
I called the company, Enhanced Services Billing Inc. (888 298-3724). What I found out is amazing! On the internet, they ask people to fill out a form with their telephone numbers for some prizes (I do not know even if that is true!) and then start charging them through companies like AT&T. The person answering the phone did not even have my name, just the telephone number. Wow! What a business concept! Just get a telephone number from the Internet, find out which company it belongs to and start charging! The customer service person immediately took my name off the list and blocked the number from future billing!
This seems to be 'Win-Win' game for both AT&T and Enhanced Services Billing Inc. They probably have a contract with AT&T for billing plus some Customer Service handling, and 'whoa', they have a business of billing millions of people for $30.00 every month! I understand, 80% of the people billed, will catch it and ask them to take it off the bill, but, there will be another 20%, millions in number, paying Millions of dollars for 'No Service' and AT&T will not promise they will not bill you for these rogues and you are at their mercy! If you do not notice and fight, you pay! Isn't it illegal? May be not, because, they will take it off, as soon as you ask them! This is a great way to rip you off if you are not watching and for you, there is no protection of law from them either!

U-Verse Billing Complaint
I haven't had problems with AT&T until recently. I got the U-Verse service about 6 months ago and everything has gone great. Well, the economy took a rough toll on me recently and my bill got behind. I had a check bounce and was told that I had to pay a restoral amount of $356.30. We tried paying it with our other checking account but when the service was not restored, we called several times (getting cut off by the automatic system and transferred to wrong depts that eventually hung up on us) until we finally got through to someone telling us that the check was processing and if service wasn't back on in a few hours, then we were to call again. So we did. This time we were told that because the last check bounced, they were not able to accept another check. Ok, that was fine. Four customer service reps assured us that the check had been cancelled after we made a payment by credit card. Well, I checked my bank account today and sure enough, the check cleared. Now all the other checks written will bounce. Of course they are closed for the night and it took me over 30 minutes to find a way to contact an actual person who made a case on the account for me. I will see monday if they are going to credit my account and if it bounces, I am asking they pay the return check fee!

Every time I call to complain there is a new rule
I was told when I bundled my service i was getting a discount on my Direct Tv. That was a couple of years ago and I have not gotten the discount yet. Every time I call to complain there is a new rule.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My phone had an internal screen crack, due to faulty manufacturing. I went to the store twice and had to call 3 times in ONE day in order to get service. The employees contradicted each other and it took me 5 tries to get a replacement phone. They also accused me of dropping my phone, causing the damage (total lie). The store said you will get your phone w/in 5 business days.
Well, I didn't get it w'in 5 business days so I called the company, only to find more incompetent fools. I even spoke to a supervisor, who was unfriendly, unhelpful and overall unfit to be a customer service representative. He even hung up on me. How unprofessional is that?
If you are looking for a phone company, DO NOT USE AT&T. Boycott their service. As soon as my contract expires, I'm heading over to Verizon. I'm tired of dealing with useless, moronic people.
If you need help with your phone, customer service will not help you but will instead argue with you. Who has time for that?

Cellular phone &charges
For some unknown reason I am being charged for Ringtones of which my phone does not have. On my bill I was charged $44.96 for "Total Mobile Purchases and Downloads". Now while I did call AT&T and supposedly my bill was adjusted. However this is not fact as of yet.
Secondly AT&T charged me for replacing a defective cell phone of which was under warranty $171.15 calling it "Equipment and Accessories". I went to an AT&T phone outlet and the self same cell phone was being sold for $29.95. I sent this phone back along with the initially bad cell phone. I was told I would NOT be charged for the replacement, which I received and of which also does not work worth a hoot. I found out from the AT&T representative that I could have gotten a brand new phone, (NOKIA 6350) for the total cost of $54.00 and some cents. So why in the world was I, am I, being charged so exsobiantly!!
AT&T is telling me that even though the charges are wrong I still have to pay them and then I should be accredited next month. WHAT??? This is a scam against the consumers. I believed in AT&T and used to sware by there good service and reliability. NOT ANY LONGER!! and you can take that to the bank. This is an out rage. I have used AT&T for thirty (30) years and have never been delinquent or late with a bill. So why am I being charged for such. Now AT&T wants to charge me $159.00 for the phone that AT&T is selling for $59.00. WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY DOING ANY MORE!!!

Do not believe anything AT&T tells you. If you do you will be very surprised when you get your bill. I got screwed before I knew what was happening. Now I am a disabled person on a fixed income that has to rely on my phone but thanks to AT&T and their lies I may not have one for long. I switched over to the so called bundle package to save money and boy was i surprised when I got my first bill which was over $300.00. Only God can help me now becauseHe is the only one who can defeat saten aka AT&T.I was told I would get a $325.00 rebate but so far all I have coming is $125.00. I want to know where my other $200.00 is and will I ever get it? I am going to have to do without my medication to try to pay this bill.

I cannot wait to cancel this company and go with another
When you called me you promised me 400 channels plus 4 tv and dvr and all premium channels for $84.00and this was not a promotion. then you call and said it will be $98.00 minus 2 tvs. Then I get my last bill and it is $129.00 a month I cannot wait to cancel this company and go with another. I will tell all my friends and everyone I can think of not to go with att.
